Wauwatosa Curling Club
Crotty Stick Spiel Lite
All stick curlers welcome!
After a brief hiatus, the Wauwatosa CC is bringing back our 2v2 Open Stick Spiel. The 2026 Crotty StickSpiel will be held Sat, Nov 21st and starts at noon. Given the short time frame until the bonspiel, we’re going to hold a smaller (but not lesser) version which is why this year’s event is nicknamed “The Lite.”
The Lite is open to non-club members and only 8 teams of 2 curlers each will fill the dance card. The 2026 StickSpiel Lite will welcome ambulatory stick curlers as well as wheelchair curlers. Bottom line… if you use a stick for delivery, then The Lite will be a great low-key event to start your bonspiel season.
Lunch, snacks, etc will be provided. We’re looking for two people that can each provide 6-quarts of tasty chili as a lunch side. Chili cooks will get free entry into The Lite.
Cost is $30. Priority will be given to two-player rinks with singles being paired if there are any available slots after team registration. Please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. @ (414) 588-1365 to register and complete payment.
