By accepting and using a FOB for access to club facilities, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Access System
The FOB access system provides entry to designated club facilities during approved off-hours.
- Eligibility and Fees
FOBs are available to current paid-up members, excluding Associate and Junior Members, for an additional fee as determined by the Board. Certain members in critical operational roles may receive a FOB at no charge, as determined by the WCC Board, to ensure continuity of club operations.
- Activation Period
FOBs are activated at the beginning of each curling year and deactivated at the end. FOBs assigned to critical operational roles may remain active through the off-season as approved by the Board.
- Membership and Role Changes
Members who cease their membership will have their FOBs deactivated. Individuals leaving a critical role must return the provided FOB or pay the applicable fee to retain it.
- Non-Reimbursable Fee
Due to the nominal cost of each FOB, members who have purchased a FOB will not receive reimbursement if they later assume a critical role.
- Responsibilities and Conduct
FOB holders are responsible for their conduct and that of any guests when accessing the club. Any damages or rule violations resulting from FOB use will be the responsibility of the holder.
- Lost or Damaged FOBs
Lost or damaged FOBs must be reported immediately to the club administrator.
- Administration
The Membership Chair, in coordination with the Club Treasurer and the WCC Board, will oversee all aspects of FOB administration.
- Access Records
The access system electronically records all entry dates and times associated with each FOB.
- Fee
The current cost of a FOB is $20.00.
Acceptance of the Club’s general liability waiver constitutes acknowledgment and agreement to the terms and conditions outlined in this FOB Access Policy.
