Hello again Tosa Family. The season is in its home stretch. League finals are inching ever closer, and the Spring Banquet & Annual Meeting is within sight and now open for Registration.
As you know, this meeting is a big one. We need your attendance and your affirmative vote to approve the renovation expenditure. Our floor is old, our roof leaks, and we all yearn for ice-level broom stacking and a better viewing and socializing space. A yes vote, and the hard work to follow in the summer of 2024, will fix those key infrastructure needs and upgrade our Curling experience both on and off the ice.
Our Board members and Renovation Committee members have been hard at work passing on as much information as they can to as many members as possible. We want to hear your concerns and answer whatever questions you may have during this process. We have money to raise and work to do, and we need your help and cooperation to keep this club going.
If you are unable to make the meeting, you can assign a proxy to vote on your behalf. Details on how to do so are outlined below.
All that said- don’t forget that this is our last hurrah of the season. There will be food, drinks, and comradery aplenty. Please register online ASAP so we can get accurate headcounts both for the vote and for providing ample portions of a tasty meal.
